Process for Returns<\/h3><ul data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"942\"><li data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"845\"><p data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"845\">To initiate a return, please contact us at <strong data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"759\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"757\">admin@vespawalks.com<\/a><\/strong> with your order details, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"942\"><p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"942\">Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"960\">3. Refunds<\/h3><ul data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1334\"><li data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1063\"><p data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1063\">Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1229\"><p data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1229\">Refunds will be made in the form of <strong data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1133\">Cash on Delivery adjustment<\/strong> (if another delivery is scheduled) or by alternative arrangement as agreed with the customer.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1334\"><p data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1334\">Please allow <strong data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1267\">7\u201310 business days<\/strong> after product inspection for the refund process to be completed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1365\">4.
