Return & Refunds

At Vespa Walks, we take pride in offering durable and high-quality outdoor and travel products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

2. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.

  • Refunds will be made in the form of Cash on Delivery adjustment (if another delivery is scheduled) or by alternative arrangement as agreed with the customer.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after product inspection for the refund process to be completed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

  • Items returned after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
