Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.
Refunds will be made in the form of Cash on Delivery adjustment (if another delivery is scheduled) or by alternative arrangement as agreed with the customer.
Please allow 7–10 business days after product inspection for the refund process to be completed.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Items returned after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
